WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will have refreshments available provided by our partners, live music and a variety of entertainment experience for the entire family to enjoy!
DIRECTIONS:
The Cottage at The Crystal Coast is located just a quarter of a mile down the road from "The Circle" in Atlantic Beach.
As you cross over the Atlantic Beach bridge, continue on the causeway until you reach the main intersection, and then turn left onto East Fort Macon Road. Then just a 0.5 mile down turn right onto Money Island Drive. At the end of Money Island Drive you will see The Cottage off to the left on Glenn Street.
**PLEASE NOTE: ALL GUESTS MUST BE DROPPED AT THE INTERSECTION OF MONEY ISLAND DRIVE AND GLENN STREET. GLENN STREET IS A DEAD END. CARS WILL BE NOT BE ALLOWED TO PULL INTO THE COTTAGE DRIVEWAY TO DROP OFF PASSENGERS.
PARKING & SHUTTLE SERVICES:
There is NO ONSITE PARKING for this event. Complimentary shuttle services will be available for attendees. Shuttle schedule and offsite shuttle pick up location is TBD. Ticket holders will receive an email closer to the event with details of the determined offsite parking and shuttle location. Parking in the Island Grille Restaurant lot is prohibited and towing will be strictly enforced.
RIDESHARE & DROP OFF LOCATION:
Attendees are encouraged to utilize local taxi, rideshare, and transportation services. Attendees must be dropped off at the corner of Money Island Drive and Glenn Street. Vehicles are prohibited from dropping attendees off in-front of The Cottage.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
All attendees will be required to check-in at the main entrance of The Cottage at The Crystal Coast. Please have ticket(s) ready to be scanned upon entry for access to venue.
Ticket holders must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol and must be able to present a valid form of identification upon entry to the venue.
REFUND POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable. This event will be held rain or shine.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
Ticket Holders will receive a wristband upon entry to the venue that will allow them re-enter the venue.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If the event has to be cancelled due to inclement weather, The Cottage will notify ticket holders. Tickets are non-refundable and will be transferable to new date once determined.
LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the The Cottage at TheCottageNC@gmail.com.
